How it Works
Online documents look identical to the ones you receive by mail. Once you sign up for online documents, you will receive an email or text letting you know that your document is ready for viewing. In Online Banking, you can find your eStatements and Notices by selecting Accounts > Documents > Statements. In the Mobile App, your eStatements are located under More > Statements and Documents > Statements.
How to Enroll
Enrolling is simple through Online Banking or the Mobile App. To enroll through Online Banking, go to the Accounts Menu, select Documents and click "Online" as the delivery method. To enroll through the Mobile App, go to More > Statements and Documents > Delivery Preferences and select "Online" as delivery method. You will View the Electronic Consent and check the box that says you agree to the terms and then hit submit. That’s it!
